About

The Parris Island Spouses’ Club (PISC) is a nonprofit organization and a community built on fellowship, philanthropy, and service. We bring military spouses together to connect, give back, and make the most of their time in the Lowcountry.

Membership offers opportunities to meet others who understand the unique challenges and joys of military life in Beaufort, South Carolina.

We are a diverse group of spouses, from full-time parents to working professionals, united by a shared commitment to support one another. Open to spouses of all active-duty, reserve, Gold Star, and retired military personnel in the Beaufort and Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island area, PISC is more than a club. It is a community of belonging and connection that continues long after your time here.

Our History

The Parris Island Spouses’ Club has been a part of the Lowcountry community since the 1940s. Originally known as the Parris Island Officers’ Spouses’ Club, it served as a gathering place for military spouses to support one another and strengthen the Marine Corps family.

In 2016, the club proudly became the Parris Island Spouses’ Club, opening its doors to spouses of all ranks and backgrounds. This change reflected our commitment to inclusivity, growth, and the shared experience of life in the Marine Corps community.

Today, we continue to honor those roots by fostering connection, service, and a sense of belonging that endures through every season of military life.
