2025-2026 Executive Board Nominations

Please submit the Name of someone you believe would be a great addition to the Parris Island Spouses’ Club Executive Board along with the Position below!

Positions to be elected:

Vice President

The Vice President steps in for the President when absent or assumes the role if the position becomes vacant. They assist in selecting appointed board members, support the President with assigned duties, co-sign checks as needed, and notify members of any special meetings, including the reason the meeting is being called.

Parliamentarian

The Parliamentarian advises on rules and procedures in accordance with the Constitution, By-Laws, and Robert’s Rules of Order. They serve on any committee reviewing or updating governing documents, review voting eligibility with the board at the start of the year, organize the Nominating Committee, and maintain current copies of all governing documents, noting any updates or changes.
