President duties: Reside at all monthly Board meetings, designate Appointed Officers, review and approve club Newsletters, assign duties to Executive Board, is the official representative of the PISC in accordance with Depot regulations and policies, perform all other duties as set forth in PISC Constitution, By-Laws, and Standing Rules.

Vice-President: Assume responsibilities of the President in his/her absence, plans the “Schedule of Events” for the year and acts as the liaison between event sponsors and the PISC Executive Board, assist the President in selecting appointed officers to serve on the board, assist the President in any duties he/she may be assigned

Secretary: Keeps the minutes of all the meetings of the PISC General Board and submits them to the President, keeps current roster of all members of the General Board and all Special Committees of the PISC, keeps current copies of Constitution, By-Laws, and Standing Rules

Treasurer: Custodian of all funds received and dispersed, prepare and present current reports at all meetings of the General Board, maintains separate accounts for the general operating funds and charitable funds

Parliamentarian: Advises on points of procedure and order in accordance with the Constitution, By-Laws, and Standing Rules, is a member of any committee formed to review/revise the Constitution, By-Laws, or Standing Rules

It is recommended to have a year or more left at this duty station before accepting your nomination. Term runs from June 2025 - May 2026.
